Justin Bieber was thrown out of Mexico's Tulum ruin site because it is a sacred place and he pulled down his pants and mooned the world.

Luckily he was just thrown out of the site with his girlfriend and not arrested.

Because ....  The Alluenza rich kid is in a Mexican jail for getting drunk and killing people

And El Chapo is in a Mexican jail for selling drugs and killing people

So if Bieber was put in jail for pulling down his pants and thrilling people

That would mean that 

a Mexican Jail is the BEST place to PARTY!
